| Carry-on Allowance |
You’re allowed to carry on 1 piece of baggage and one personal item within the following limits:
• Weighing not more than 7kg
• Not exceeding the linear dimensions of 105 cm
Personal item may include 1 suit pack or garment bag, non rigid/unfolded not exceeding 11cm in depth x 60cm in width x 114cm in length (total linear dimensions equal to 185cm) or another small bag or briefcase. |
| Checked Baggage Allowance |
The following rules apply for checked baggage items:
Corporate Plus - Each ticketed passenger is permitted to check-in baggage weighing not more than 32 kg.
For all other fare types, each ticketed passenger is permitted to check-in baggage weighing a total of 20 kg.
Please note that your baggage must not the total linear dimensions of 140 cm (length + height + width). Also, infants are not entitled to any free baggage allowance. |
| Excess Baggage Rules |
If your baggage exceeds the permitted limits of free allowance, you'll be required to pay additional fees at the airport. Excess baggage fees are charged at check-in and payment can be made by credit card, cash and EFTPOS. | Sports Equipment |
Sporting Equipment counts towards your free baggage allowance.
Each Item of sporting equipment will individually represent 5kgs of a your free total baggage allowance, irrespective of the actual weight of the item.
So, a bicycle weighing 10kgs will represent 5kgs of your free baggage allowance. If the free baggage allowance is 20kgs, this leaves 15kgs for other items. These items include but are not to be restricted to the following:
• Bicycles
• Golf clubs
• Snow skis
• Surfboards
• C ricket / tennis bags
